Rebuilding Together is a home repair program for elderly and disabled, low-income homeowners. Work is completed by skilled and unskilled volunteers at no cost to the homeowner. Please call to apply.

Offers various housing programs targeted to low/low-moderate income City of Binghamton residents. Investor Owner Program provides deferred loans for interior and exterior rehabilitation to owner-occupied multi-family units. Affordable Housing Program provides deferred loans to assist in purchase and rehabilitation of existing one- and two-family homes. Deferred Loan Program provides deferred loans, based on a declining lien on the property, for interior and exterior rehabilitation to owner-occupied single family units.

Provides employment service that matches workers age 55 and older with people needing a wide range of interior and exterior repairs and improvements. GROW is a good source of workers who will do minor repairs (such as fixing a leaky faucet) as well as major improvements such as house painting or building a wheelchair ramp.
